Community Spirit Shines at Riverbend
The fairways may have been quiet, but the community spirit certainly wasn't. Finch Auto Group was honoured to support the 2026 Riverbend Golf Community Member Guest Tournaments, continuing our involvement in a longstanding tradition that brings members, guests, and the local community together. This year's weekend looked a little different than expected. An air quality advisory kept golfers off the course for the Ladies Member Guest Tournament on Thursday and the Men's Member Guest Tournament on Friday and Saturday. While everyone was understandably disappointed that the tournaments could not unfold as planned, the weekend still offered an opportunity to connect and make the most of the circumstances. By Sunday, the putting contest gave everyone a chance to get back into the spirit of the event, bringing members and guests together for some friendly competition.
Throughout the weekend, we were especially happy to have every Finch Auto Group dealership represented, with a vehicle from each location on display. From Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Hyundai, Nissan, Kia, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram to Mercedes-Benz and Genesis, the display brought together the many automotive brands our teams represent across Southwestern Ontario. At Finch Auto Group, supporting events like the Riverbend Member Guest Tournaments is about more than what happens on the course. It's about maintaining longstanding relationships, connecting with the communities we serve, and continuing to show up even when circumstances require plans to change. Thank you to the Riverbend Golf Community organizers, members, volunteers, and everyone who made the best of an unprecedented weekend. We are grateful to continue supporting this tradition and look forward to blue skies, full fairways, and another memorable tournament next year.
