As a Finch employee since 1993, Richard has experienced a great deal of success in his career. After starting off on the sales floor, Richard quickly progressed to become a Business Manager. Richard is recognized by others for the leadership skills which he has obtained through his lifelong involvement in sports. As a successful former baseball player and member of the University of Western Ontario Mustang football club, Richard learned important leadership from a wide variety of great coaches.

A family man at heart, Richard enjoys spending most of his down time with his wife Annette and their three daughters Brittany, Rachelle and Danielle. However, he also loves making an occasional trip down to the river to chase after that prize small mouth bass.

A big guy with a heart of gold, Richard is often inspired by children with disabilities. He always admires by their strength and ability to look ahead, and he carries this inspiration with him everywhere that he goes.
