If you look at the staff of any successful business, you will always find a handful of standout employees. Finch’s Secretary Treasurer, Kelly Kirkpatrick, is one of these standouts. An employee with the Finch Auto Group since 1990, Kelly has always maintained a true dedication to her job.

Married with two active boys, Cameron and Josh, Kelly and her husband Kevin have a very busy home life. A proud parent of two London Minor Football players, a member of their sons Home and School Committee, and President of the Croppin Cottage Scrapbooker, it’s a wonder that she finds time to come to work.

Kelly is also best friends with her mother, Joanne, and doesn’t have to look any further than that for her life’s inspiration.

Kelly’s success as a manager is largely the result of her ability to recognize and understand the tasks at hand. Kelly’s passion for her job and the respect with which she treats others has always made her a pleasure to work with.
