As many of you probably know, this week (September 12th to 18th) is Tim Horton’s Smile Cookie week during which the full $1 for every Smile Cookie sold goes to support local charities like hospitals, food banks and children’s programs. For London in particular, all of the proceeds from Smile Cookie week go to support the Children’s Health Foundation, which is dedicated to raising and granting funds to support Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre, Thames Valley Children’s Centre and Children’s Health Research Institute.
Needless to say, Tim Horton’s Smile Cookie week provides a delicious way for Londoners to support a great cause.
So when Mercedes-Benz London Financial Service Manager Kristina Wong showed up to work on Wednesday with a big box full of cookies, there were plenty of smiles to be found throughout the dealership. Kristina proceeded to share the smiles with everyone in the dealership in support of a cause that’s near and dear to her heart. Pictured below, Kristina can be seen sharing smiles with Lori Dale (Service Advisor) and Barry Smith (Shuttle Driver).
Tim Horton’s Smile Cookie week provides Canadian’s with a simple and sweet way to support local charities that do fantastic work in communities throughout the country. For just $1, you can enjoy a delicious treat all while contributing to a great cause.
If you’re planning on making a Timmies run at some point today anyways, why not grab a cookie (or even a whole box of cookies to share with your friends) in support of a great cause. We can assure you that it’s a simple action that will absolutely result in smiles!
